Italian Soul, Cape Verdean Warmth

Founded in 2015 by Chef Matteo Ricci, Osteria N.3 brings the authentic flavours of Tuscany to the shores of Santiago. We combine the finest imported Italian ingredients with the freshest local seafood and produce, creating dishes that honour both traditions.
